General information about the HHU Career Day
An informational event about possible career paths for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. For more information see Link to homepage.
Doctoral and postdoctoral researchers of HHU as well as other interested scientists.
The HHU Career Day will be held as an online event via Zoom on November 4 and 5, 2021.

Participation in the HHU Career Day is free of charge. Registration is required.
Technical requirements: Computer with stable internet connection and headset/headphones.

After registration you will receive an e-mail with the access data for the entire event. You can choose which of the sessions you would like to attend within the event.
You can register for the HHU Career Day until 31.10.2021.
The access link sent out before the event enables all registered participants to join the individual lectures on the day of the event. You can join the session by clicking on the corresponding button in the program.
The waiting area (lobby) will open 10 minutes before the start of each session.
The moderation team will let you enter the session.
Yes, it is possible to leave a session and switch to another presentation. Nevertheless, we ask you to indicate which sessions you would like to attend when you register.
The microphone and camera of all participants are automatically turned OFF when entering the Zoom room.
During the presentation: The microphone and camera are turned OFF for all participants during the presentation.
During the question session: The moderator will turn your microphone ON if you want to ask a question in person. You can decide whether or not to turn on the camera during the question session or when you ask a question.
Organization of the interactive question session
Please write a "Q" in the chat and, if necessary, add in the panel discussion whether the question is addressed to everyone or to a specific guest (e.g. "Q to Mrs. Müller").
You can write out your question (even during the presentation) in the chat and, if necessary, indicate during the panel discussion whether the question is addressed to everyone or to a specific person. The moderator will select questions from the chat.
No, the event will not be recorded.
